Maturation

6 months in barrels and 2 months minimum in bottle.

Fruity, smooth, elegant and harmonious.

Gastronomy

Ideal to consume with soft cheese, delicate fish, white and red meats based on Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African Cuisine. Drink at 18ºC.
