MATURATION


40% Malvasia – Fina, 40% Bical e 20% Encruzado   Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and fermentation at 15ºC. Fifty percent of the wine was fermented in French oak barrels   3 months of Batonnage in barrel and 2 months in bottle

GASTRONOMY


Intense and predominant in fruty notes and with hints of complexity. Light in floral aromas   Fresh, fruity, well balanced and with distinct persistency.   Ideal to consume with soft cheese, delicate fish, white and red meats based on Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African Cuisine. Drink at 18ºC
